I was talking with @PlanetCaravan on the phone yesterday and I made a real balls up when explaining that the Horizon Shareholding has 1.2 billion holders and that to contact those by postage for purposes of informing shareholders of important issues would cost about $500,000.00 postage.

Later the following day while watching the footy my brain fog eased and I realised that the registry holds only about 6000 holders meaning postage would be about $4,500.00. The assumption is about half of the registry 3000 holders are contacted by email the remainder by post at $1.50 times 3000 equals $4,500.00

PlanetCaravan realising that I was not in complete control of my brain held his thoughts and did not call me a complete F....idiot, such is the calibre of that gentleman.

So any shareholder action has a starting point of about $4,500 to the company if the directors are requisitioned a meeting, and that amount is very affordable in my opinion.
