The Greenstone slimy directors used $0.011 for the value of there ill gotten 34,000,000 free performance rights, those undeserved performance rights need to be included in the directors income for tax purposes (hope they get slugged heaps).
So if you use that I think is OK.
The calculation would be Greenstone share price at merger conversion is $0.011 and the conversion rate to Horizon share is 0.2868 so divide $0.011 by 0.2868 equals $0.03835 Horizon share price.
Your original total purchase price of Greenstone shares stays the same so multiply your Greenstone share number by 0.2868 to get the number for Horizon shares you have now. If you had 1,000,000 multiply by 0.2868 equals 286,800.
These are just my rough calculations tax accounts may use other numbers that are more accurate.
