Somebody should do the count. I suspect you will get to 5% of SOI easier.
Then you prepare a resolution and post the pdf on HC so you guys and girls can download and print it. You do this so every resolution is indentical with no changes.
Fill it in and email it to the company email address.
Soon after the first few shareholder resolutions hit the company brown stuff will start to flow out of the building.
