I understand your point of view and take on board your reasons. Inflation on goods and services is happening everywhere and no company will be immune to that. Supply is a huge issue right now for so many things such as skilled workers, materials and energy. The good thing is HRZ is more balanced than other companies so this de-risks us a lot.
It is very unlikely all commodities will dive in the event of a huge economic crisis, it is likely after an initial drop, gold and silver will likely rise. I see this playing out well. However if that doesn’t happen, potentially vanadium, zinc, lead and other commodities we have in our tenures could all potentially be bullish.
Management will choose the path with the greatest outlook, which will create the biggest profits. If in the worst case scenario, they have to wait out a year or so while prices recover to sustainable levels enabling us to be profitable, then they will sell our investments and we have the ability to hold strong without any diluting capital raisings. Imo this is very unlikely but good to have a back up, we have plenty of cash at hand anyway.
Lots of options here with hrz and eventually the public and institutions will wake up to this stock being a safe bet and will start to park their money here.
