It is true I have a lot to say and I don't hold any shares at the moment. If this merger goes through I will be a share holder and that is why I have researched and feel obligated to contribute to the forum. I do have a background in corporate governance and as such can highlight approaches to help correct managements view of what the company should be doing by getting shareholders together as a force, in other words for shareholders to influence board performance.

By the time the AGM comes around and if I am a shareholder by way of the merger and if the share price has not dramatically improved with continuous deals in place to mine the various deposits Horizon and Greenstone have said are in place to mine, then I will call all shareholders to vote against the renumeration report delivering a second strike requiring the directors (except the MD Grant Haywood as his position is exempted in the corporation act) to stand for election. Should that happen I will vote against the election of all those directors. Hopefully we some of our own to vote in.
