The relevant point here is Greenstone Managing Director and CEO is coming onto the merged company board.
The track record is for massive performance rights to be granted as he comes on the board and the other directors will also get heaps. After those shares are promised you will see contracts to mine awarded to be able to get over the hurdle and claim their performance rights.
I say be ready for it and vote against these rights at every occasion, as the directors will try at every opportunity to get them.
