I think probable 18c is a target once BS mill is restarted then to the moon
producing Gold tolled by others at high rates & high costs is a starter but using a $1B monster MILL at BS that can do 2.2MTpa acquired for a paper swap no cash or debt, is the LT money spinner imho.
its low capex, low cost, no tolling fees it was inevitable this mill would be used for gold processing in the centre of the goldfields if Nickel price stayed low, the prior pos bod didnt see or understand that.
the real question you should be asking is how high can Hrz go once this MONSTER MILL is restarted ? well how much does NST value Kanowna Belle at - purchased for $100M cost $1B to build now valued at $2B on book by market adding to nst revenues by 840/490 = 17% nst mc is 24.4B x 17% = $4.2B
BS is Bigger & more production capcity than Kanowna Belle x 18% so the potential is $2 ps but its sits down here until this potential becomes a reality imho.
Start up the bS Mill & Gold mine & rerate should happen imho.
