I do not normally buy options but the HRZO options look like great value right now IMO. I may have a hit at them tomorrow. Expiry is more than 5 months away and we are expecting a huge news stream within that period. Multiple drilling programs and gold pours ramping up, plus updates on the BC mill refurbishment likely. Perhaps some permitting updates on a couple of our gold mines too. If we do not break through above 8c in that timeline there is something seriously wrong.
As another poster said, the shorts are not massive, but they still have an effect on the confidence to a degree and make some people second guess. They did ok 2 weeks ago with the market turmoil. However, right now they are getting seriously burnt as the green days increase. It will not be long before they give up for good and actually move to a sector struggling. Maybe AZL and the lithium sector might be a start?!
Either way, we are starting to move through the rest of the 6c resistance, there will be a point where the major green days do come into play. Some price sensitive announcements will do the trick. I do not want to jynx it but looking at the sell side, the high 6's and 7c have resistance in the millions but after that it looks to be smooth sailing to 10c and beyond. We could hit the options price sooner than we think and add another $3M + to the company accounts.
