er6n, I'm all for positivity when it's justified. The point redrock was making is that China macro data is not justification for positivity on AGO after a very weak report and a share price down 8-10% on the day.

AGO for some reason is one of the main stocks followed by small investors. One of the chartists on 'Your Money Your Call' commented that he has been asked more questions about AGO over the last year than any other stock! His view is that it will re-test the GFC low. I don't necessarily agree but it isn't far away really.

AGO is a perfect trading stock because of the good 'growth story', high liquidity and good daily % moves. The algorithmic traders love it. A lot of smart money has been toying with small investors here for a long while now.

I'm all for high-fiving one another when the share price is going well but a lot of high-fiving is going on here when the share price is consistently under-performing.
