    Irrelevant, doesn't work that way, monetisation is how banks finance each other's lending ratios. GMC are either connected to a genuine monetisation program or they're not. Covid-19 and business shutdowns have absolutely nothing to do with those programs. HSBC's Swiss branch/subsidiary is effectively the offshore state bank for the PRC... seriously sick of mgmt's BS!
