Petrolf, the composition of the HSK Board post takeover is set out in HSK's Bidder Statement, and it does include 2 current NQM Board members (not including the Board member who is already on the HSK Board).
I saw an interesting article in The Age this morning (http://news.theage.com.au/breaking-news-business/conquest-tries-to-sway-nqm-investors-20100715-10ccs.html) analysing the Conquest Bidders Statement - seems that 3 HSK execs get 20% of profits after a threshhold of $250,000 is reached. Given NQM's profitability, no wonder HSK won't give this up without a fight.
