I hope someone comes in with something better because at the moment neither of these two options look attractive and I think we are better off staying independent. Particularly regarding the claims that 20% of the profits go to the HSK directors. If this is true then NQM's Target Statement is misleading as they state that we will have a beneficial interest in Pajingo of 60% post takeover, but if the directors take 20% of the profits first then our share of the profits is only 48%.

I have called the NQM shareholder hotline and questioned this and will post the response on here. Has anyone else questioned this claim?
