Beneficial interest in the mine is distinct from a share in profit, two completely seperate things in legal terms (IE for purposes of Corp Act) but I understand what you mean... I'm pretty pissed about the 20% kickback to directors as I'm quite sure this wasn't put out there explicitly by HSK / non-conf NQM directors previously...??? although I may have overlooked it... Good job mate I look forward to reading what you hear from NQM
