Where?
Where are these swelling short positions of which you speak?
As for "...a credible global broker like Credit Suisse putting on a sell", well, yeah, that's what they do. When broking analysts believe a stock to be overvalued, they - quite reasonably - issue a sell recommendation.
I'm not sure what is so singularly remarkable about that which now urgently requires "management to be heard".
