Yeah,we should ban all unions and let everyone go cap in hand to their boss. That will work....what should we call the process? Workchoices? Intimidation happens on both sides of the fence. The amount of union sites is bugger all in the overall building picture. Most of them have never had a union bloke anywhere near them.
