We have a guy who after 2 board meetings felt compelled to spill the board, take action and make some serious changes so that our IP could reach its potential instead of stagnating under the stewardship of the old guard. Then this individual, after after many months of searching for a CEO (and filling in as interim) steps into the position on a 3 year contract despite the fact that he stated he did not want nor need the day job. He is committed, big time. Only thing missing is the "skin in the game", though I suspect that will change after the release of the FY results (if not before).
