No with all due respect, you clearly don't "get it" with that comment.
Under the current ASX CR rules you can still take up a CR offer and get diluted (if shares are placed additionally outside)....
The issue is not that a Biotech or mining company can use CR funds to add to the asset base. Of course SHr's may need that until operations can be funded by internal earnings.. The issue is how the CR is structured.
This is why I "go on and on and on"...LOL
Because people just don't seem to "get it".... Enough already! Read (and understand) my posts!
