Good points mate but we still need to ask why a good announcement has not had any effect. Think it is a valid question.
Also, with limited funds, they need to be put to work as well for most investors - parking significant funds where they do nothing means missing out on any increase in portfolio value - and, perhaps other opportunities.
It isn't just a simple question of conviction.
