This is how I view capitalraise and dilutions – all I care is if the average price on my parcel of sharescan one day become a lot higher. I am not going to worry about my voting powerand I guess most of us don’t either. A public company has the ability toraise fund from investors, we cannot stop this and should not stop this becauseif this helps the company to have more working capital and in time improve thefinancial result of the company, then I see no issue. The fact that I nowhave less percentage of the company is irrelevant to me. On the other hand,right now, the SP is lower than the CR placement level, so it is perhaps thebest time to top up and dilute others if you worry about dilution. I am buyingmore - not that I worry about dilution, but because it is cheap. Again, my viewonly.
