    re: htl- green alert to 40c-to stock doc I would suggest cool your heels.They were priced @15c in order to safely get them away.Given they have nearly doubled in 4 weeks,insto's will sell on any downturn,they need regular profits to lock in short term gains.Look for a selling dump to reenter.Besides HTL need to show actual earnings versus estimates,especially in their new foremat.Low 20's a reasonable target.A little patience required.
