Investors who were in the initial issue cannot help realising their profits- I can appreciate that. If one has profits in the pocket the fundamentals doesnt matter or simply one doesnt want to think of the potential of possibly doubling again at the expense of losing the existing profit.

I believe the HGL sale is possibly part of the restruring and with the new issues and new directors comning and going off the board, the change in directors interests is to be expected. I am still looking at fundamentals with the three businessess to hold and improve on thr price- seems to be a lot of interest in the last few minutes.
