1. You must forget plant and equipment upgrades, resource development, maldon pre development, staff cost, production costs. How many mines have you commissioned to have explicit knowledge of the costs and tangibles?

development no costing given except a mention the money was to b spent at A1 so how? and where money come to develope union hill to that extent at the time?
