Likewise, I cannot see it doing much without a catalyst between now and next week.
Only going off gut feel (which means absolutely nothing at all) I think the underwriter will end up with quite a few shares, what percentage I have no idea, maybe more than 10% but, less than 50% I really don't know.
I am in based on the likelihood of positive announcements in the coming quarters, if that doesn't happen, I will sell up and will move on. I'm about 70-80% % it will happen, 30 - 20% it won't.
Some posters sound like CTL is less than 50% likely to the upside, I would be selling up, or selling out a stake if holding a large portion, if I thought it was less than 50% to the upside but, everyone has their own strategy and risk tolerance. I learnt the hard way by going all in years ago. It still hurts.
