Do you have any idea why the share price is so low and why we are hearing nothing from management. One would think that if something terrible had happened then they would have to announce it to the market. I stupidly bought another 500,[email protected] cents recently thinking that we would have an operational update, but nothing. If management think that the company is undervalued then you would think that they would do an operational update. Are they obliged to update the market in these circumstances? I was under the impression that directors had a duty to act in the best interests of shareholders and if the SP doesn't reflect the true value of a company and then isn't it logical that they would update the market.
