One can very well make out everything they said in previous Quarters was executed in susequent Quarters.


I could also make out Dennis Clark (previous MD) was moved out to reduce cost.


Look out Dale Rogers (Executive Chairman) credentials.


Share price of CTL is not rising is definitely a issue but I could not see anywhere credibility or good intent issue.


For me current CTL management seems to be working on Principle of "Less Talk more Action" and it definitely instills lots of confidence.
