Black Range Minerals makes key uranium hire George Glasier

Black Range Minerals (ASX: BLR) has secured the very experienced George Glasier as a consultant to the company.

Glasier has over 40 years experience in the uranium industry and extensive knowledge and contacts within the U.S. uranium industry, and will assist Black Range to identify opportunities to apply the ablation process.

Glasier was previously President and CEO of Energy Fuels Inc (TSX: EFR), and more recently was the President and CEO of American Strategic Minerals Corporation (ASMC), which in early 2012 had established a joint venture with Ablation Technologies LLC for the ablation process.

The Black Range Hansen / Taylor Ranch Uranium Project hosts the largest uranium resource in Colorado and the third largest uranium deposit in the U.S.

The project area contains JORC Indicated and Inferred resources of 90.9 million pounds of U3O8, at a grade of 600 ppm, found within 5 separate deposits that are located along a 10 kilometre strike line.
