See where you are coming from Greg. The hype from uae is somewhat disturbing and may affect the credibility of the main product and the prr brand.
My understanding, and I'm sure that I'll be corrected if I'm wrong, was that trials and approvals etc were introduced to avoid a catastrophe such as thalidomide many years ago.
I am a long term holder of prr, and I would not want anything to jeopardise the efforts put in by the Company over many years.
Naturally we all want commercial success, but it is also important that we acknowledge our social responsibilities in building false hopes amongst cancer sufferers, or providing them with a treatment that may leave them worse off.
My son is about to start chemo for lymphoma, and I understand that his treatment has a high success rate. Wouldn't be too pleased if he was offered something else which had not been rigorously trialled beforehand for his specific condition.
