Boc appears gone .... not sure why the sp has not completely tanked but obviously some believers hanging on with some sort of belief that life support switch may be turned back on.... completely unlikely it appears
As for rtg and how they may go is not known, however they appear to have some chance of going to the next round of negotiations.
