In no circumstances should they be doing any more acquisitions - just adds more complexity and leads to less focus on what they have already.
The only capital raising I would put money in for would be if they were investing in their existing brands - for example building a Sydney factory for St Davids. They don't generate enough money at this stage to fund major capital works so seems likely at some point they will raise capital for this kind of thing, especially given the share price is on the rise.
