My apologies my friend. What I meant was that for every 6 shares you have you will get an option to purchase one share at 3c - so more CHEAP shares!
Like you I am amazed that the shares are at this price - the only thing I can put this down to is possible 'sovereign risk' but these guys have to live and pay their bills so I am happy to take the chance!
