you are talking present time with present limits with present data volume in the cloud, now think about all that volume that will be added from the sensor data and the finite capacity available to store that data, resulting in rising costs for that finite storage and costs passed on to the user.

i don't know about you but I have noticed that my fruit and vegetables are not the quality that they were even from last year. It would be good if this technology was to be a telling factor that something has changed with production or storage (sorry off track there)
