Most of the posts are simply too focused on Cannon-Brookes rather than understanding the strategy.
There is a short term kick from divestment/breaking up but in the long term, there is still a lot of synergy to be able to extract from balancing the legacy and new energy sources.
At the end, we'll shortly see what the shareholders decide.
