Clearly you still don’t get the idea. The correct question to ask is would the demerger deliver greater values than AGL staying as it is? The board said YES and they had a plan for it.
If you or MCB or anyone else think keeping AGL as it is will deliver better outcomes, please present your plan. So far I’m hearing nothing from this camp.
