Solar is probably only transient cheaper because of unfortunate consequences that is happening currently in the world.
It has a large footprint that creates localised climate change and it involves producing large carbonisation before it becomes a usable item. It heats an isolate area equivalent to any urban area…the best practice is to simply keep solar on roof tops.
