One important piece of information that is missing from MCB letter is Twiggy MOU with AGL that would be for part of Accel asset if the demerger happens.
I doubt very much the demerger resolution will succeed from my experience with the poll voting method.
Unless the chairman has a right to ignore the poll voting results as not being in the interest of the majority of individual shareholders ur wishes will be fore filled in preventing the demerger.
