I'm not too sure, as I reckon there could be some further delay. Dr Chiplin joined the board in late 2010 & I think that his input is needed to get the deal done. I'm more inclined to say that an announcement will take place after the EGM on January 28th. This will be an important milestone, as will be the ability of the new panel to reach an accuracy of 97% or greater - which won't be officially announced until March or April.
