Interesting reading, but the point about it not being on the PBS in Oz must make a difference. Not sure where the talk about 97% accuracy comes from on this diagnostic, but i would have thought it is juat an indicator. You wouldnt go "whip whatever out then" based on this test alone surely. Usually the court cases are when some complete muppet doctor got the whole diagnosis wrong or got the trolley the wrong way round in the surgery and took out the wrong bits.
