HTX would own 30% in Mane (currently a 'privately' held company).

I'd say Mane may have other IP, assets, resources, market coverage potential etc...

And the $5.5M raised would probably ensure future 'self-funding' for OvPlex related activites (& that a loan facilty like the current one won't be ever implemented again).

PS. What would HTX do after this transaction? That's another $69M question methinks...
