It's one thing to be clueless, but to demonstrate it worldwide on YouTube? What does he not understand about tribal sovereignty? Well, probably not any more ignorant than most Americans.
The story, in a nutshell:

1) Calls a random number he finds with a Google search and ends up talking to a "Chris" (last name not documented) who gives him permission to land at an airport on the reservation.
2) Lands at another airport instead.
3) Leaves the plane parked there while enjoying a hike on another reservation.
4) Gets a call from Hualapai Tribal Police, asking him to remove the plane.
5) Police officer suggests he call the official who should have been contacted in the first place, Scott Crozier. With the plane already landed and parked for a day or two, Crozier says he has permission if he pays a small fine.
6) Accuses tribe of "stealing" when it's a legitimate government function of "impounding." But they released it to him anyway, as long as he shows up in court.
7) First court appearance is continued because the judge is appointed by Scott Crozier (and the rest of the Tribal Council) so they have to find a "pro tem" without a conflict.
8) Second court appearance, with Daddy in tow to help out, results in settlement of case.

Nothing to do with Hakamwe, and about as relevant as 7000 South being mistaken for 700 North. But fine opportunity to bad-mouth Native American property rights.
