Contango Asset Mgt, one of the insto holders, was quoted on Motley Fool as saying a price of $3.25 might be needed to tempt holders. Motley Fool has HUB as a continuing buy at $2.70.
It must be tempting to take profits after such a big run culminating in an indicative only offer which helped the last 15 cents only But there is simply too much strategic value for one of the big players at this mkt cap. If Rennie Rivkin is watching from the spiritual world he would be takeover arbitraging this one for sure. I'm still accumulating as and when cash allows. IOOF have shown their hand, but we know we hold a better deck. $3.25+ is needed
