i would appreciate you explaining a bit more about your process for acquiring free EOD data from yahoo. i have previously read from, i think it was asxstocktrader, that he had a macro that runs through a combination of these links

as you change the code in the address, you can access different data.....is this the method you use?
perhaps if your response is detailed it would warrant its own thread..
