Don't declare war and you can't be charged with war crimes. Notice how the US makes all its trading partners sign agreements that they will never persue criminal actions against its people in "war" scenarios.

The US has been involved in "war" actions on average every 15 months since independence. War mongers, you bet.

And don't worry if the country has an elected government. If you don't like them, overthrow them and put in a dictator who will do your bidding.
