Qantas CEO Vanessa Hudson looks way out of her depth, unable to answer some of the most basic questions.
It's totally cringeworthy.
“We understand why people are frustrated,” Ms Hudson told the inquiry committee.
No you don't.. You just spent a ton of money asking a consulting company to research what's wrong with Qantas.
You could have just asked your customers for free.
