    Technically there was a break of the rising trend line on Friday.

    Note its bottom of $0.23 was right on falling trend line.

    Volume has been dead for a while.

    Note multi point trials are due to begin about now (see Nov announcement)


    I don't see it happening today, but very soon I feel this one is going to have a swift move.
