vs, just had a look at the link. Firstly, the position of the triangle in that case is near a top whereas the psoition of this triangle is near the bottom. I read these same types of examples when I was learning TA 20 years ago. You need to learn with experience how different scenarios apply to each pattern.

Now, lets use that first chart in the link as an example. Let's say we are currently where the low is on Sept 15. You could draw a line from the high and say it's about to break down. But then it rallies breaking that upper trendline and thereby creating a new downtrend line. After that final rally it then proceeds to break down. Silver, imo, is about to make that final rally...........
