I strongly believe some major ARQ share holder still has their foot on ARQ's head (share price)......for the sp to take off again short term, we need either;
- The said entity to take thier foot off,
- The ASX to investigate and kick butt accordingly,
- Another major holder to see through it and eat them up.
Until then all that's required in the medium term is time to pass and patience....
