Interestingly another junior IO stock Sundance (SDL, mkt cap 368mio) has a price target by GSJBWere of 37c - currently trading at 25.5 up 2%...
IO works on different fundamentals to the broader market...and with explorers its all about the long term NPV of cashflows from the resource. Just look at the announced 2billion upgrade of the Newcastle coal loading port...done deal that wont come on line until 2011...
If Flinders look like they are on track to a quality JORC it is game on for the NPV value into the market cap....and we are talking at least 500m to $1billion Market cap in 6 months IMO...but what would I know....
