I have had confirmation (my broker) that institutional buying has been occuring on BND.

I believe the same is taking place on MTE.

Early days yet but are we seeing early shootr of a sentiment shift? or is the smart money seeing the obsolute end of this Government and with it the end of carbon and ming tax?

Not getting too excited but maybe some are punting that Gillard in desperation may shelf the carbon tax.
