i think ECT should get that tincom 500K down payment to get arup rolling done mid this month, the detailed documentation timeline is already tight, 2 weeks will help the engineers timeline for RFT, catch the mkt of guard, therefore be good for long term holders, and lift the SP before the next la jolla installment.
