relative humidity is the amount of moisture in the atmosphere relative to the total amount of water that the atmosphere can hold at any given temperature
but that upper limit rises as the atmosphere warms
so, as the atmosphere warms, the atmosphere can hold more water
but relative humidity - how close to the maximum amount of moisture that the warmer air can hold, can reduce
despite actual water vapour in the air increasing - specific humidity the proportion of water in the atmosphere by mass
as it has.
the atmosphere as a whole has more water
If we look at the actual science, specific humidity has risen - i.e more water vapour in the atmosphere, as expected with climate warming

now your upper troposphere charts are
a) a cherry pick and do not reflect the whole atmosphere
and/or
b) your KDMI data is wrong, as it's been before
but I'm not going to hunt that down
suffice to say, the scientists have published science on this
while you are here collecting $11 a post (by your own admission) for denial misinformation
